I believe it would be hard to generalize if everyone is relieved or not, because I&#039;m sure a small minority of people have benefited.</description>

		<description>Preetam: I think that Rangoon residents are confused and mad, because now that Naypyidaw receives 24/7 electricity, Rangoon and other parts of Burma receive more cuts in electricity. I&#039;m not sure whether they&#039;re relieved or not though.</description>
